  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We're proud of the services we offer we like to be fair and we understand the tough times but at the same time, we like reciprocity. We provide full architectural services our fees at 5% over the total construction cost Depending on the desired finishes there are different cost per sq.ft. Low=120 to 150 dlls per sq.ft Medium= 150 to 200 per sq.ft. High = 220 to 320 per sq.ft. Arch Fee Price includes the following: Structural Eng.fees Mechanical Calculations Fee Owners expenses Survey Fee Soils Report Fee Permit costs. and a customary printing fee of Aprox.500 to 600 depending of the size of the project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First we evaluate the extend of the project the requirements and needs about the design of the addition or restrictions about the remodel of the property,the zoning and the location of the project and the buildable permitted allowed area. If required getting the HOA .neighborhood approval better known as Home Owners Association. Every project is different so each county may find situations or the implementation of a new code that become a revision to the 1st.submittal my responsibility is to take care of the comments ,Usually the comments are related to the areas involved like: Structural,Mechanical Plumbing,Electrical,I transfer the comments to my consultants Then I pay them then I submit an Invoice for the time that I invest adjusting the plans at a set fee of 130 dlls/hr.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I'm a Registered architect in Arizona with 18 + years of Experience working as a project architect for the best architectural firm in Tucson Az. Also I am a Mexican Licensed architect, with experience of 10 + years in tourist developments /resorts/hotels.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    On my own property getting the permit for an addition,interior remodel Then friends in need of a permit, then recommendations word of mouth basically.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Lawyers,Engineers,Doctors,Pool Builders,Business Man.Different people in Need of a const.permit.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    The last Being the Damore Addition Remodel took me 2 months to finish.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    For Additions & Remodels Permitted projects is the first phase of a successful  work to be implemented ,we work in the most common counties i.e.: Pima County, City of Tucson and Oro Valley.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Know your property specifically talking about setbacks it is Possible? any flood plain affecting, those are the first questions people should know Also the conditions or restrictions of the Lot, like deep slopes? or requirements in general.HOA ?
